Bovines:<\/strong> For the treatment of mastitis caused by Streptococcus sp. <\/em>and Staphylococcus sp.<\/em>; Calf diphtheria and necrotic pododermatitis caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum; <\/em>Pneumonia associated with Pasteurella multocida<\/em> and metritis caused by Arcanobacterium pyogenes.<\/em><\/p>\n

Porcines:<\/strong> for the treatment of pneumonia caused by Pasteurella multocida<\/em> and Arcanobacterium pyogenes<\/em>; erysipelas caused by Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae<\/em>; dysentery associated with Treponema hyodisenteriae<\/em> and Campylobacter sp.<\/em>; arthritis caused by Mycoplasma hyosinoviae<\/em> and Staphylococcus sp.<\/em><\/p>\n

Guaranteed composition:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Each mL of solution for injection contains:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Tylosin (as tartrate) 200 mg<\/li>\n
  • Excipients q.s. 1 mL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Bovines and porcines.<\/p>\n

    Administration route:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    Administer in bovines by intramuscular or slow intravenous route. In porcines it is recommended to administer only intramuscularly.<\/p>\n

    Dosage:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    In bovines<\/strong> and porcines<\/strong> 10 mg per kg of live weight, in practice 1 mL for every 20 kg of body weight.<\/p>\n

    It is recommended to apply every 24 hours for 3 – 5 days, other indications and frequency at the discretion of the veterinarian.<\/p>\n

    Withdrawal time:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
      \n
    • Treated animals should not be sacrificed for human consumption until 8 days after the end of treatment.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • The milk produced during the treatment and 96 hours after the end of it should not be given for human consumption.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Cautions:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
        \n
      • The treatment should not be extended for more than 5 days in cattle and 3 days in pigs.<\/li>\n
      • In bovines<\/strong>, do not apply more than 10 mL per application site.<\/li>\n
      • In porcines<\/strong>, do not apply more than 5 mL per application site.<\/li>\n
      • Keep at a temperature below 30 \u00b0C, protected from sunlight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
